Engagement pictures for Ashley and Doug! I asked them to share some of their thoughts from the day, enjoy!
How did you two meet?
“Doug’s birthday is on new years eve! A mutual friend of ours had a party for the new year and the birth of Doug, we couldn’t keep our eyes off of each other the whole night and immediately started dating shortly after.”
How did he pop the question?
“I got into a pretty bad car accident last year and totaled my car, a week later Doug pulled up in my dream car and a beautiful diamond and asked me to be his wife. A terrible week turned into one of the best weeks of my life!”
Did you find a store that had everything you were looking for?
“Express! My favorite store ever, you can find anything from a classy look, to even a more casual but still cute look! They have a great select of jewelry, and even shoes! The one thing I love the most, is you can shop for your fiance and yourself and get every item to make your entire outfit perfect!”
What kind of look were you going for in your engagement pictures?
“I really wanted a simple, yet still an elegant look! We really love the outdoors, the trees and the nature is a great picture itself! Everything was perfect!”
How was your experience during the session?
“Our experience was perfect, Doug and I are such a last minute couple, and have a very odd work schedule but Cj made everything so easy for us! He made sure everything that I wanted to do for the day, made that happen in a short time.
My advice to other brides, try not to be nervous and just have fun with it! Cj had such a fun personality, it was so easy to smile in every picture because half the time he was making us laugh!”
